Experimentation with Fermentation

In this workshop we will show you how to start experimenting with fermentation - an eco-friendly technique for preserving food. We will teach you how to begin creating your own miniature (bacterial) ecosystem. We will go through the basics of fermentation; what to look for in solid and liquid fermentation; and tips on materials to use/how to store your new creations to give you the confidence to start making your own.
